Chloe's classes are intelligently structured starting with choreographed seated warm-ups, progressing to standing exercises and then to movement across the floor space, sometimes with a shimmy and a twist!

Columbus Dance for Parkinson's (CDP) is a dance exercise class specially designed for individuals diagnosed with Parkinson's. Through carefully crafted movement, this class promotes increased strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
